WILLS

Although the preparation of a will is still viewed as taboo by some Kenyans we advise our clients, regardless of age and status, to have a will drawn up. A will identifies properties, the heirs and their respective shares, executors of the estate, guardians to minor children and preferred burial rites to be followed. A well drafted will makes for a simplified and inexpensive succession process. We also provide legal services in cases where disputes arise from the validity, interpretation or implementation of a will.

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

We advise clients on the processes and documentation required in both contentious and non-contentious probate. Our goal is to ensure that the estate is collected and protected from wanton wastage, liabilities are paid and the beneficiaries to the estate and their respective shares are identified.
